WHAT ARE THE DIARIES AGAINST DYSTOPIA?

Essentially, a collection of essays and stories about my way to a happier and healthier life, as corny as this might sound.

SO THEY ARE ONE OF THESE SELF-HELP BOOKS?

Absolutely not. I open up my guts to take you on a journey, and I don’t just document my boring daily grind—I let my demons fly free, out in the open.

AND WHO SHOULD READ THAT?

I don’t know. People with demons? People who are fed up with the same kind of self-help books which are always on top of the book charts, but all look the same and seem to have similar content. The ones I’ve read were boring, repetitive and sometimes not even helpful.

WHAT WILL I FIND IN THESE DIARIES?

If you look closely, my soul. And because that’s not too interesting if you’re not me or have to deal with me everyday, these pages are filled with essays about what helps on the way to regain sanity: stories about transformation, practices and exercises, music, vinyl. Stories about music, vinyl, and salvation. The daily work of managing impulse, envy, and pride. Honest accounts of fucking up and trying again.

WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS NOW?

Why wait? Anti-procrastination tactics are a part of my journey, so let’s do it. Also, overthinking—is this really good, can this be released, others are much better… bla. I do this first and foremost for myself, and to let go of the fucking demons. We’ll see soon enough if other people are interested.
